ISO Certification means adapting iso standard in your organization. There are more than 19500 ISO Standards. ISO 9001,14001,45001,22000,13485,27001 are the most popular and widely used iso standards among others.
How to adapt ISO Standard?
To adapt ISO standard you will have to prepare specific standard based documents or instructions. Usually it can be done by hiring an ISO Consultant who has expertise on that specific standard. After completion the documentation and implementation status you will have to attend certification body audit. After completion CB(Certification Body) audit you will achieve ISO Certification.

ISO সনদ বাংলাদেশী প্রজেক্ট গুলুকে কিভাবে সাহায্য করতে পারে ?
সম্প্রতি লক্ষ্য করা যাচ্ছে যে, বিভিন্ন প্রজেক্ট এ কাজ করার জন্য প্রিন্সিপাল কোম্পানি ও তাদের সাব কন্ট্রাক্টরদের একটা শর্ত থাকে আর সেটা হলো কোম্পানি গুলুর ISO সনদ থাকতে হবে। সাধারণত প্রজেক্ট এ যারা কাজ করে তাদেরকে ISO ৯০০১ , ১৪০০১ ও ৪৫০০১ এই স্ট্যান্ডার্ড গুলুর উপর সনদ নিতে বলা হয়।
গভর্নমেন্ট এর সংশ্লিষ্ট সংস্থা ও অধিদপ্তর গুলুর টেন্ডার এর প্রদত্ত শর্ত অনুযায়ী ওই কোম্পানি গুলু ISO সনদ নিয়ে থাকে কাজ পাওয়ার জন্য এতে শুধু শর্ত পূরণ হয় কিন্তু ISO সনদ নেয়ার যে উদ্দেশ্য তা কতটুকু অর্জিত হয় তা খতিয়ে দেখার প্রয়োজন রয়েছে।
ISO 9001 এর অন্যান্য নির্দেশনাগুলুর মধ্যে মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে সময় মতো প্রজেক্ট ডেলিভারি দেয়া অন্যতম দুইটি উদ্দেশ্য। প্রজেক্ট এ কর্মরত শ্রমিকদের ও পথচারীদের মধ্যে দুর্ঘটনা কমানো ISO 45001 স্ট্যান্ডার্ড এর প্রধান উদ্দশ্য। পরিবেশ এর অন্যান্য উপাদান গুলুর মধ্যে বাতাস, পানি, মাটি, গাছ পালা, আশেপাশের মানুষ পশু পাখি যাতে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ না হয় তারজন্য ISO 14001 স্ট্যান্ডার্ড নিতে বলা হয়।
সম্প্রতি বাংলাদেশ এর এইসব প্রজেক্ট এ কাজ করার সময় অনেক দুর্ঘটনার সংবাদ পাওয়া যাচ্ছে। এটা অত্যন্ত দু:খজনক ও অমানবিক। দুর্ঘটনা কমানোর জন্য ISO ৪৫০০১ স্ট্যান্ডার্ড এর নির্দশনাগুলি মানা হচ্ছে কিনা তা খতিয়ে দেখার প্রয়োজন রয়েছে।
ISO সনদ প্রাপ্ত ঐসব কোম্পানি গুলু নিয়মিত এক্সটার্নাল অডিট ও ইন্টারনাল অডিট এ অংশ গ্রহণ করে থাকে। প্রতি ৬ মাস অন্তর তাদের ইন্টারনাল অডিট ও বছরে একবার CB অডিট রিপোর্ট চেক করা ও ঐসব অডিট রিপোর্ট এ যেসব ফাইন্ডিং আসে সেইগুলুর উপর কোম্পানি কোনো পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছে কিনা প্রজেক্ট কর্ম কর্তাদের তা চেক করার প্রয়োজন আছে।
নিয়মিত অডিট এ অংশগ্রহণ করলে কোম্পানির ভিতরে যেসব ভুল ত্রুটি থাকে তা সংশোধন করার তাগিদ রয়েছে ISO স্ট্যান্ডার্ড গুলু তে। তাই ISO স্ট্যান্ডার্ড গুলুর নিয়ম নীতি ও নির্দেশনা ঠিকমতো ইমপ্লিমেন্ট করলে তা কোম্পানির জন্য ভালো কিছু বয়ে আনে।
ISO সনদ প্রাপ্ত কোম্পানি গুলুর মধ্যে একটা প্রবণতা লক্ষ্য করা যায় যে তারা অডিট এ অংশ গ্রহণ করতে চায় না বা অডিট এ অংশ গ্রহণ করলেও অডিট ফাইন্ডিংস গুলুর উপর ঠিকমত কার্রেক্টিভ অ্যাকশন নেয় না, ফলে একই ধরণের ভুল বা দুর্ঘটনা বার বার হতে থাকে।
সনদ প্রাপ্ত এইসব কোম্পানি গুলুকে সঠিক পথে রাখার জন্য সার্টিফিকেশন বডি এবং প্রজেক্ট কর্মকর্তাদের নিয়মিত অডিট রিপোর্ট ও CA প্ল্যান চেক করতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে তাদের সার্টিফিকেট সাসপেন্ড করে তাদেরকে বাধ্য করতে হবে ISO স্ট্যান্ডার্ড এর নিয়ম নীতি মানার জন্য।
ISO স্ট্যান্ডার্ড গুলু প্রণয়ন করা হয় কোম্পানি, দেশ ও জাতির উন্নয়ন এর জন্য। আর এই স্ট্যান্ডার্ড গুলুর নির্দেশনাগুলো সঠিক ভাবে মানতে ও মানাতে পারলেই ISO Standard এর সুফল পাওয়া যাবে। এই ব্যাপারে কোম্পানি, সার্টিফিকেশন বডি, সরকারি বিভিন্ন সংস্থা গুলু কে একসাথে কাজ করতে হবে। এক সাথে কাজ করতে পারলে আমাদের বাংলাদেশ এর প্রজেক্ট গুলু কোয়ালিটি মেইনটেইন করে কোনো রকম দুর্ঘটনা ছাড়াই ও পরিবেশের কোনো রকম ক্ষতি ছাড়াই সময় মতো কোয়ালিটি প্রজেক্ট উপহার দেয়া সম্ভব। এতে করে জনগণের দুর্ভোগ ও অর্থের অপচয় রোধ করা যেতে পারে।
সার কথা: প্রজেক্ট কর্ম কর্তাদের উচিৎ ISO সনদের সাথে ISO অডিট রিপোর্ট এর কপি জমা নেয়া। রিপোর্ট এ যেসব NC (Nonconformity) থাকে সেগুলোর উপর কোম্পানি কি কাজ করছে তা চেক করা বা CA প্ল্যান চেক করা।

ISO DOCUMENATION COST :
Before certification audit by Certification Body it is important to prepare ISO documents like: CERTIFICATION SCOPE, POLICY, OBJECTIVES AND PLANNING, PROCEDURE, WORK FLOW, SOP, KEEPPING SOME MANDATORY RECORDS like Quality checking record of the product or services you provide, Internal audit record, NC(Nonconformity Record) CA plan Record etc. When all the required documents are established and records are there then you should do internal audit. After internal audit it is mandatory to conduct management review meetings. An ISO Consultant can help you to do all these things. To accomplish this part of iso certification, the cost starts form 50 thousand to 5 lac Taka based on company radius but this iso documentation cost may vary depends on ISO standard, company status, radius, location etc.
ISO CERTIFICATION COST:
After establishing implementing maintaining of all required documents and records it is necessary to Certification audit. Certification is done by third party Certification Body. They perform audits before issue certification. For three years valid certification the CB performs Stage1 and sage2 audit. then another two yearly audits(Surveillance Audit) are performed by CB. Usually the cost is 1-3 lac for audits within three years. However, ISO certification cost may different considering company’s location, number of sites, auditor’s availability etc.

What is the meaning of ISO Certification
ISO Certification is an attestation from a third party certification body that a company runs to one of of the international standards developed by Geneva based international Organization ISO. It can be achieved by an individual(to be an iso auditor) or for the product also.
iSO Certification is given to the company, an individual or for a product. Certification body issues iso certificate after completion some audits. So, before the attestation it is necessary for company, individual or product to pass those audits.
Each standard has some requirements. So, before face any audit by the body it is necessary to implement those requirements for a company or by individual or for the product manufacturer.
There is a lot of standards published by ISO. All of those standards are found in the ISO website store https://www.iso.org/store.html . You may collect copy of those standards from certification body too who already purchased the standards from the ISO store.
After purchasing or collecting the specific standard it should be studied by the company, individual or by the product manufacturer.
